METAL NEWS:
  • Lamb of God bassist, John Campbell, was forced to leave their current North American tour and return to Virginia due to a family emergency.  Fear Factory bassist, Matt DeVries, filled in for him on a handful of dates recently, but had to leave the tour, as Fear Factory was slated to kick off their tour tonight in Scottsdale, AZ.  They will be rolling into Grand Rapids with Megadeth and Nonpoint on 11/26 (Orbit Room) and Detroit on 11/27 (The Fillmore).  No news yet on whether John will be rejoining his band mates on tour, or if L.O.G. will have to find someone to fill in for him.

Speaking of Lamb of God… only 6 days left to check out the Making of As The Palaces Burn documentary.  Check it out on Qello (it’s FREE) at:  http://lamb-of-god.artist.qello.com/?feature=Artist&subid=ArtistMgmt&postback=LambofGod
